· When you place your vacancy with Döhle Yacht Crew you will be assigned an Account Manager who will assist you with your requirement every step of the way
· We will only supply candidates who we feel are suitable for the role. If we are unable to fill your requirement we believe that honesty is the best policy
· We will research your company/yacht to gain a full and detailed understanding of your business to help us source the right candidate
· We will take a detailed job description from you and are happy to communicate with you in person (where possible) or verbally on a regular basis to gain an understanding of your needs
· Using our comprehensive database we will perform a candidate search and only submit CVs that we feel match your job and person specifications. If we are unable to find a suitable match we will advertise your vacancy on specialised yacht crew websites at no extra cost and will always maintain client /yacht confidentiality
· On-going contact until your requirement has been fulfilled
· Pre-selection of suitable applicants
· All candidates contacted to ensure their availability, location and salary requirements meet the job specifications
· References obtained for the pre-selected candidates
· Copy of the deck or engineering licence obtained from the candidate for the senior deck and engineering vacancies
· CVs and references sent, this will be a small select number of candidates CV's that have specifically selected for the position and fit your requirements
· Arranging interviews
· Ensuring the candidates are briefed prior to the interview
