Döhle Yacht Crew is the superyacht services and support group of Döhle Private Clients Limited which provides a comprehensive range of services designed specifically for the luxury yacht industry. We are part of one of the world’s largest shipping companies, which employs over 3,500 seafarers on over 300 vessels, so we understand ships and the sea.
Our mission is to be a trusted partner supporting those involved in owning, crewing and managing superyachts, leaving the Captain to run the vessel without the distraction of onerous administration and time consuming paperwork. The result is that owners and their guests can enjoy the yacht to the fullest extent in the certain knowledge that a highly valuable asset is managed in an efficient, cost effective and discrete manner.

Finding the right crewmember for a yacht can be an expensive exercise. There are significant costs in terms of time and money in placing advertisements, handling responses and short listing the candidates and, quite often, the right crew member is still not found.
Paying members of a yacht crew promptly and efficiently can be time consuming, taking up valuable resources of owners, captains and yacht managers. Additionally, where crew are employed is important as jurisdictional regulations regarding social security payments will affect both the crew and the employing company.
